To God be All the Glory!!!! Greetings All— As I sit here trying to think of a thesis topic, Tasha Cobbs - Break Every Chain Lyrics popped into my head… “There is power in the name of Jesus…To break every chain, Theres an army rising up…To break every chain, I hear the chains falling.” Then I said to myself…SELF…after listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show and reading articles about Rice, Why are so many African American male’s percentage of incarnation rates higher than their college graduation rates? As a community what are we to do to help educate and rehabilitate those to stop the violence and to improve our systems? For starters, New Brunswick Theological Seminary offered a collaborative Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree program for Christian leaders who have the courage, passion and drive to understand and transform the systemic realities that are daily destroying the lives of individuals and communities. More so creating a new paradigm for prison ministry to transform individuals and social systems. Your comments would greatly be appreciated.
