This forum has educated, challenged, humored, and sometimes infuriated all of those participating and watching. My last request on this Election Day is to get to the poles and VOTE. After you vote, tell your neighbors and friends to vote. The last election was lost by less than 120 votes. If just the members of this forum vote today and tell someone else to vote, it will have an effect on the election. In the last gubernatorial election in 2010 the highest vote getter (Connie Boardman) received 20,019 votes. The lowest that won (Joe Shaw) received 14,171 votes. So you can see if 5,000 to 10,000 vote against the incumbents and for new leadership are cast, it’s a game changer. Again, Thank you HBCF, all its members, and all its administrators. You’ve done a great service to Huntington Beach.
