I was present as a resident of the society in Andheri(E) where The AAP candidate for Mumbai Mr. Mayank Gandhi, had an interaction with the societys residents. But a fully correct picture of the meeting has not been given. Mr. Gandhis remarks as Mr. Modi being a Marketing and advertising success was not meant to ruffle any feathers. It was Mr. Mayank Gandhis personal view. Mr. Gandhi in a very dignified and restrained manner explained the ideologies, of the AAP party, but the belligerent few had difficulty in accepting AAPs transparent style of functioning, its manifesto and its policies. They commented that jobs and business would boom if the BJP came to power, but they forgot about the aam aadmi, the slum dweller, those below the poverty line and the underprivileged. Dont they need jobs and a decent dignity to life? This is what AAP is going to give them. One needs to forget ones selfish motives. Mr. Gandhi had the strength to face housing societies and came personally to interact, This is the first time that a cosmopolitan society like ours had a political candidate at its door. Mr. Gandhis dignified words You all need to vote for whoever you like, but please go out and vote. I wish the reporter had put out the positive views too, of many in the gathering, who gave a standing ovation to Mr. Mayank Gandhi.
