To Hon’ble State Information Commission Haryana S.C.O. 70-71, Madhya Marg, Sector-8 C, Chandigarh Sub. : - Supplementary Rejoinder in Case No. 2201/2013, Ravi V/s SPIO of DSE Sir, Hon’ble SIC adjourned my Case No. 2201/2013 for 27-6-2013 and intimated to me vide Letter No. 6131/SIC/2013/7-IA dated 31 May 2013 (Annexure P-1) and last hearing was on 27 May 2013 and I sent the rejoinder on 10-5-2013 along with Annexure P-1 to P-17 and its copy its to SPIO & FAA and my rejoinder delivered at both offices on 13-5-2013 (Annexure P-2 to P-6) and Documents of my rejoinder proves that as per contract between CIIPP Punjab University Chandigarh & DSE Haryana, Punjab University Chandigarh received 158822 applications against Advt. No. 1/2005 and PU prepared the Merit List Category wise & Subject wise as per Guidelines of Haryana Govt. and submitted to DSE Haryana for onward action but till date requisite information not supplied to me at any point. The information sought by me is as below. 1. Copies of Merit List prepared by CIIPP, Punjab University Chandigarh for Advt. No. 1/2005. 2. Copy of covering letter by which CIIPP, Punjab University Chandigarh sent the Merit List to Directorate of Secondary Education Haryana for Advt. No. 1/2005. 3. Details of Amount with Cheque No. and Date, paid to CIIPP, PU Chandigarh. 4. Details of expenditure of Surplus Amount Rs. One Crore of Account No. 10444985227 which was collected from the candidates . If this Amount is still in same Account then this Amount where will be spent by your department. In view of the above facts please take necessary action against SPIO as per provision of Section 20 (1) & 20 (2) of RTI Act 2005 and compensate to me as per provision of Section 19 (8) (b) of RTI Act 2005. I also request to decide my case on 27 June 2013 as I have to file a PIL in the Hon’ble High Court Chandigarh because violation of Fundamental Right in Guest Faculty Teacher is continue till date and due this DSE do not want to recruit the regular teachers. I am unable to be present in person before the Hon’ble State Information Commission Haryana as I am not getting the leave due to shortage of manpower in my office.
