WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF-EVIDENT THAT ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL, THAT THEY ARE ENDOWED BY THEIR CREATOR WITH CERTAIN UNALIENABLE RIGHTS, THAT AMONG THESE ARE ((LIFE)), ((LIBERTY)), AND THE PURSUIT OF ((HAPPINESS))----THAT TO SECURE THESE RIGHTS {{GOVERNMENT}} ARE {{INSTITUTED}} AMONG MEN DERIVING THEIR JUST POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE [[GOVERMENED]]. That Whenever Any-Form of Government Become “Destructive” of The-Ends It’s the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE To ALTER or To ABOLISH It, and To INSTITUE NEW-GOVERNMENT Laying Aside Its Foundation On Such Principles and Organizing Its Power In Such-Form. On The July The 2nd Monday or The 4th Monday Monthly Meeting I Was Planning On Speaking Been Kicked Out-of A Public-Building CITY-HALL, But Was Not Allowed To Speak On-It, No PROVOCATION From Me, or Explanation From MAYOR,WILLIAM BILL LUCKETT. On April 28, 2014, I Was On The Agendas To Speak But Was Arrested At The City Hall Meeting. About 10 or 15 Minutes Later After Bonding Out of Jail I Was Not Allowed Back Into CITY-HALL. Innocent Until Proven Guilty, This Is The Law! About 5 or 6 Months Ago Two City Commissioners, Bo Plunk, Along With Commissioner Ken Murphy, TVOTED Along With Mayor, William (Bill) Luckett, To Allow Private Citizens To Use The Coty of Clarksdale Gun Range. {ROBERTS RULES Of ORDER} States You Must Have A “QUORUM”!!
