To: Mid-Michee Bowmen Club Members This is a quick reminder of the Mid-Michee Bowmen November Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday evening November 12th with a 7:00pm start time. All club members are invited and welcome to participate in the board meetings. Below is the proposed / tentative meeting agenda. Friday Night Kid’s League b. Update on tree cutting / prioritize use of revenues from tree cutting (i.e. kitchen updates, advertising, targets) c. Stockholder’s List – completed. Thanks Carolyn d. Work hours system. How to handle members with insufficient work hours this year. e. Society for Archery (SAM) update f. Target building light fixture – installed, thanks Rich & Chris. g. Remember Monday night circle target shoots, beginning Nov. 4 at 7:00 p.m. for six weeks. Trini Brisson to run. h. SVAA update (Saginaw Valley Archery Association) 7. New Business: a. Membership drive for December (biggest bang for the buck!!!) b. Board input on guest mailing (email / snail mail) in December. What do you want it to say and when do you want it to go out. Remember that Christmas Cards are going out around mid-Dec. c. Any recommended changes to the Club Constitution or By Laws?
