I want to have following Information :- For the Last days some News Channels such as AAJ TAK, ZEE NEWS, INDIA TV, TIMES NOW, ABP NEWS ETC. have made false allegations and untrue statements against Sant Shri Asaramji Bapu. All the News Channels and Print Media made statements that It is Medically proven that Rape Crime was committed. But Jodhpur Police DCP Ajay Lamba give statements that nothing has been confirmed in Medical Reports also he stated that there is NO CD and Mobile Clips has been recovered from SHIVA. But all the NEWS CHANNELS made abusive remarks against SANT SHRI ASARAMJI BAPU. And they repeatedly states that rape has been confirmed in Medical reports. And they claims that Ashslil CD & Mobiles clips had been recovered from Ahmedabad through SHIVA. Under the RTI Act, I want have the information from Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Why the Ministry has not taken any action against the NEWS CHANNELS, When they continue to make false allegations against SANT SHRI ASARAMJI BAPU for continues ten day. Also why all these NEWS CHANNELS are not being blocked by your Ministry because all these false allegations and untrue statements has given immense strains and Pains to the Crore of followers of SANT SHRI ASARAMJI BAPU. Please provide the necessary information as early as you can. Thanking you Yours faithfully
