To Running Fanatics Facebook Brigade If you are an Running fanatic and you are reading this on facebook, this is for you. Yes I am talking to you. Yes, Prince Mishra , I am staring at you. I am not doing it for myself but for all the others who suffer from your daily crap. You are doing it all wrong. And you know why you are wrong? Because you do not know how your friends think and act. You people are all over facebook. You call yourself runner and others lazybones. Damn you all! Those other silent hardworking people are real champions. They run 2-3 Kms, do 20 pushups, 20 sits ups i.e normal workout. That means something. Give them some respect. They deserve it. All your comments, your posts - they all have a condescending tone, they are all sardonic to say the least! Your daily bragging of how much you ran is making me sick. Why are you so braggart? Because you run 10-15 Kms daily and they dont? Because they are content with 20 mins of workout? And you are the only ones who can show off? I beg to differ. You are new into the game. If all you do is sit on facebook and post/repost random shit to show off, I am sorry to burst your bubble, that is not you can inspire people. If you truly want to inspire people and motivate them for physical fitness, try posting some information about what exercises most people can do, which muscles are affected by which exercises, healthy diets, healthy habits etc. I respect Usain Bolt, I respect Yohan Blake, But I hate you. Go learn motivation and inspiration from them. Dont spam our facebook feed with your bragging shit. This is not war. This is more about inspiring people to be healthy and fit.
