Stop buying Buffalo & Foreign cow milk. Insist upon the milk of Desi Bhartiya Gau Mata, maybe at little higher rates. In the meantime please make Soybean milk and curd at home following the process mentioned at several websites. This milk is better than Buffalo milk & cheaper by 50%. 100 plus families of an area may join hands & get A Gau Shalas of 100 + Gau Mata started as a cooperative Dairy farm & get pure milk directly supplied to your homes twice daily, giving employment to couple of people. The members of the cooperative shall get the pure milk @ Rs one cheaper than market rates per liter & public shall willing to pay Rs 2-5 more per liter for your pure milk, payable in advance for a month by cheque. Each family has to contribute as their share money, the average cost of one milk giving higher breed Gau Mata, with a Month old healthy calf. All transactions will be through Bank account by cheques, all buying & selling, with utmost honesty, as those stealing Money belonging to Gau Mata, shall certainly face his hell, here & now before his death. Old unproductive Gau Mata should never be sold but are kept at same Gau Shalas. Gau Shalas is a very profitable business, by selling its cow dung Khad , Urine for Medical purposes, besides its Milk, and value added products like Curd, Paneer, Butter & Ghee etc. Each Gau Mata can give you a profit of Rs one lac +, each year. Each Gau Shalas of 100+ Gau Mata shall make Rs one Cror profit each year, which can be used to finance old age homes for old Gau Mata. May also visit nearby Jain/ other Gau Shalas in your areas. Also request each temple in your location to start Gau Shalas outside your city limits, and make it compulsory for it to buy each and every old Gau Mata from the villages within its 50 km radius. Involve reputed Jain, Marwadi, Hindu & Sikh religious families of your city and make it a Success. This way no Gau Mata shall be available for sale to its killers or export to Bangladesh etc. Dont worry about Govt help, when we can do it ourselves & save Gau Mata, in the process earning Rs one lac each year, per Gau Mata.
