Utmost Reverence , Sir, With due respect, I am hereby submitting the charge and the catastrophe happen in the Alwar region for our Banjara communal where our people are lasting out in abundant population for the last 10 decade. Equally you are well aware this community has mostly migrated from Gujarat and from the same origin where they have been bottled up and stagnant for their living and become the domicile of that area. • With this intention undersigned expressing the view and comment on the unfortunate incident occurred in the area and that this sort of blatant mystery created by the Bajrang dal group, particularly in our community for their hidden goal is not at all appreciable and not tolerable as a citizen of India. • It is really astonishing to read that this sort of victim has happened about 5 times, but our worthy government has not taken any cognizance which is shocking as a mankind and righteousness. • As the issue has passed beyond the control therefore undersigned respectfully praying to your kind honour to look minutely as our citizenry who are socially and economically backward staying in that neighbourhood have not backbone to lift their voice.. • Well before taking the issue in top priority i would like to give brief detail about our victim people those who have faced terrible task recently which is disgusting to listen about the genocide . • I beg my apology to inform you that our communal group are staying in Nimadi Banjara tanda which is smallvillage called the lambani community which is permanent citizen of that area. They are basically rely upon the agriculture and bonded labour where they are transporting the cattle and other product for their livelihood. As such there is Ghosala which is operating by one of the saint and Banjrang dal of RSS which is not satisfied that this community should stay in that region .This is not the first time they have assaulted our people but also in the past where this people have become victimized by them .The main drawback is that the young generation of Banjrang dal squad are under wrong impression that our people are slaughtering the cattle .But it is not in actual practice that our people are doing such kind of activities and this kind of conspiracy has created under filmsy ground to vacate the village for their ulterior motives. The tragic news is that while sleeping in the dark night by this community the dacoit of Bajrang dal has set fire to their juggis and houses as a result, our masses are under horrible situation which is really frightening to send the actual picture for your kind consideration and necessary natural process at your conclusion..This kind of attack was so serious that people sleeping with the sound breathe has caused the spontaneous combustion and approximately 40 people has totally burnt their bodies. According to the kickoff of the village and practical pictures of the incident, one can consider how the terrible attempt made by the culprit and burnt their bodies which are in a destitute position for which the doctor has reported that most of the masses are in a critical stage. While visiting to the village and hospital we have come to know our people are in do or die situation and for this lapse and criminal activities the government should take the stern action against this anti social activities which is not allowed as per equality of right and article of constitutional .However, our Banjara organization AIBBS is recommending to penalize those culprits hang to till death and requesting to the regime for making the natural justice in top priority without causing any undue delay. Further, our organization is demanding of the regime for taking intensive care of maltreated patient with all the sort of remedy for healing their wounds and make up for them 15lakhs each victim having all comforts and infrastructure in that vicinity and also adopt their child for their future education in parliamentary procedure to acquire the social justice. On the other hand i and on behalf our organisation kindly requesting that to give your intervention and resolve the problem as you are well aware that our community people are innocent and not having genuine knowledge since they are not well educated and possess literacy to tackle the above episode Needless to state that I iterate the above incident had already happened in the past where our citizenry have been prejudicial to this fateful incident. Due to this fact our people have not get fair justice being the culprits are belong to the upper caste community and mainly associated with the Banjrang dal group. Whereas the regime are not investigating the matter in deeply resultantly the culprit has managed with the local police station by paying the handsome money which is duly known to everyone. As the issue is very sensitive and the present government has adopted a lenient view which is not satisfactory to our Organisation we further add that the key regime and human rights commission should take curiosity step and apply the precautionary measure in order to screen out the matter at an early date and make the natural justice to our downtrodden community Banjara in particular. • If our constitution has created the law to accommodate the file against this tragedy, then we guarantee that there are law and decree. • For this law can be easily-organized only when there are proper administration and common citizen of the India can belief the strong notion that play as an authentication.Yet, after looking to the past record it appears that Banjara community has degraded in the company, although we have rendered a valuable contribution to the nation in terming of servicing to the agricultural and also in the construction field as a bonded labourer. • On behalf of our organization AIBSS I further plead that at that spot should be a proper investigation into this matter and direct to the local government not to delay and botch-up the case as our community people has faced severe attack from this subversive group called Bajrang .dal . If the government will not take our cognizance and set right the issue, then we the Banjara community, having the population of 12 crores in India will demand and protest to the regime for getting proper the clear violation of basic right and that will obvious proof of documented abuse and adequate witness along with a citizenry of India which come under atrocities act. • We hope with all your strenuous action the matter will be sorted out and impart the natural justice to our Banjara victim those who are in the haphazard condition in the vicinity of that area as on date.
