To add to Emily Tippetts question below, we wanted to give you a little more information. We have narrowed down to a few venues and in all of our research, we have found that much of the cost is incurred through the room rental, taxes, gratuities, bar, Etc. While food is obviously a part of that, we have found that choosing appetizers vs. a plated dinner or buffet does not change the cost much if at all. We are being as conservative as possible in our choices to make sure you get the best reunion for the most reasonable cost! Apps are a great thought and we had it too, but most per plate fees were the same as a choice of appetizers. Other options would probably include no food and just drinks. Any questions let us know!
