To all BANDs members, this is to inform all of you that Mr. George Toto has resigned as President of BAND because of his post graduate studies. At last week teleconference, the members of BAND appointed Mr. Dennis Garsinii as acting President and Raymond Sumo as acting Vice President of BAND until election is held next year. The new team members are Mr. Garsinii, Acting President, Mr. Menplay, Secretary General, MS. Kweta Dolo Treasurer, and Raymond Sumo, Acting Vice President. BANDS TELECONFERENCE The next BANDs Teleconference is Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 7 PM Central and 8 PM Eastern Times respectively. The main purpose of this meeting is a serious of discussions we intend to have with our members pertaining to the construction of BANDs Conference Center in Gbarnga, Bong County. We are in the process of acquiring a 1.5 lot of land. The land is located at the SangaIs Farm or Iron Gate area before entering Gbarnga. Some of the suggestions we have been hearing is concrete foundation with dirt or mud blocks to cement for the wall. Others said we should do all cement foundation and cement blocks. We are trying to cut down cost. So, we need your suggestions because BANDs member will have to sacrifice their personal financial resources to build this center for our young people in Gbarnga, Bong County on time outside of our monthly dues.
