To all Branch Hill Coffee Customers who use credit cards: The credit card processor for BHCC has experienced a glitch in their equipment resulting in a number of purchases being approved at the time of sale, but were not closed properly. The result was either a charge rejected or no charge at all to your account during the period of 9/1/14 through 12/14/14. The result is that all charges during the above stated time will be reprocessed in the coming days. We have an obligation to inform you of the glitch and that the new transaction will likely show up on your December 2014 statement. Some may show on your January 2015 statement. We apologize for any concern or inconvenience. If you have any questions please contact the shop at 513/774-7774 or stop in to discuss the matter with us personally during regular business hours. Once this matter is resolved, BHCC will be transitioning to a new provider to better handle the transactions more efficiently. BHCC thanks you for your continued support.
