To all Brother Knights of USJR College Council 9430: Be reminded that the Installation of our Council Officers for this Columbian Year 2014-2015, is finally set on September 12, 2014, Friday, 5:30 pm at the USJR Main Campus Chapel. This will be preceded by Fraternal Mass at 5:00 pm still at our Chapel with our very own fellow Brother Knight and our Worthy Council/Provincial Chaplain, Rev. Fr. Emilio P. Jaruda, Jr., OAR as celebrant. During the installation, newly elected officers shall be invested with their respective positions Jewel and also a Certificate containing therein the rights as well as the responsibilities attached of such position to which the officer installed. To this end, as your District Deputy and as the Installation Officer, I urged all members (resident/alumni/faculty/staff) of the Knights of Columbus of the USJR Council 9430 to be present. Attendance of all Elected/Appointed Officers is a must so that there will be no need to conduct special installation for those who are not in attendance during the said event. Furthermore, as has been suggested by our good Rev. Fr. Vicente L. Ramon Jr., OAR, also our fellow brother in the Knights of Columbus Council 9430, during our Installation the following dress code shall properly be observed: College Knights - student uniform (Friday uniform) Faculty/Staff member Knights - Polo, Long Sleeve w/ Blazer (Thursday uniform) Alumni College Knights - KC Polo Shirt (Blue) Right after the installation ceremony, there will be a group picture taking for our council records and references. These will also be used as our materials and documents for our membership and recruitment activities within the USJR Campus, including our KC Tarpaulin.
