To all, My name is Brett Dysart, I am the tech man at Dublin - TopicsExpress

To all, My name is Brett Dysart, I am the tech man at Dublin Motor Speedway. This is the official results of the protest. The #85 car was disassembled for inspection, I checked bore and stroke, with Steve Core watching me, we both did the math it was wrong, but I forgot to subtract for the deck height. I admitted to everyone in the room I had made a mistake. So I started over checking bore and stroke again, with Steve Core watching, we both did the math again, both came up the same 365.189. So I checked bore and stroke one more time, same 365.189. Max cubic inch 365 zero tolerance. Steve Core said he wanted to check with his tools, he did, came up with a different number, but when I checked, the cylinder was not at bottom dead center. That is why we had three different numbers. The decision that was made was based on NUMBERS, AND BLACK AND WHITE IN THE RULE BOOK. Feel free to contact Randy or myself (Korbana Kustoms) to make any clarifications on the rules and/or regulations. Clarification in details for this past weeks protest posted by DMS Tech Staff.. Official Results of the racing program will be posted soon... Thank you DMS Staff.
