To all Southern political leaders, contingency theory is a class of behavioral theory where by there is no better way to organize an organization, company or even a county, so the right course of action is contingent on internal and external situation. Please for now we Sudanese internally and externally, and international communities, we are tired of your leadership style of the jungles, and insane of self rebellions. You had been in and out of Khartoum many time and southerners gained nothing of your rebellions even your kids. Now enough is enough. There is hope, that there is abetter and bright South Sudan without Kiir and Riek as well as current politicians. Go awaaaaay.
