To all buyers on the fence, this may the time to get off the fence and make your move! With less investors hammering the market, holidays coming, less multiple offers, its an emotional market. Many sellers are scratching their head wondering if they missed the high. This is when they are more open to grabbing your offer quickly. The market is always shifting. It may cool off but my opinion is prices are not going down at this point. Rates are still low, inventory is still tight and many can afford a mortgage payment with the medium level income with a 20% down payment on a two household income in most cases. This coupled with supply and demand should keep prices afloat. Bam!
