To all dear ias aspirant I would suggest one thing that v should answer the question in accordance wth the terms specified in the question in the main papers; for instance Elucidate: it means to throw light or explain.A statement is to be made intelligible by providing relevant facts and figures.just giving explanation n if required wth examples to elucidate and convince the statement. Explain:it is almost like same as elucidate .minor difference that appears in answer writing is that with definition and necessary details.bettr to be within the area of statement while explaining it. Comment:it requires personal views of the candidate.bt v shoud remember to comment is not to argue.it is necessary here to be balanced on each aspects,for and against including every topic of the statement .though v cn conclude eithe for or against bt not necessarily to any side specificlly.illustration ,incidents ,datas ,facts can be used to comment on ur view. Examine:this type of questions reqires result of examination.it cant be at the middle point or remain undecisive to be neutral.the statements reqires close inspection to bring out facts throwing light on various merits and demerits and concluding on any one side. Critically Examine: here too v must give jdugement its most imp.one need not to justify any fact or point but to be critical to them no side for or against seems to be favoured.as a critic one shouldnt be eithr fr or against bt for for some aspects and against for some somw aspects. Discuss:it gives us a chance to narrate various aspects and details of the jdugements.it is comparatively easy to discuss as u r neithr reqired to explain nir to examine.just providing necessary details about various aspects of the question will suffice the answer. Justify:a statement regarding any result decision or facts is given .one has to justify it by explaining its benefits or merits and expressing its effects on minimising the adverse side .
