To all friends/family, please SHARE my experience of British Airways to let as many people know the lack of service and response you can expect from one of the worlds leading airlines. In November I booked BA from Glasgow to Malaga via London City, a journey which should have taken 5.5hrs. It concluded 27.5hrs later, 3 London airports, 3 hours of taxi around London, transfer to Lisbon and booked by BA onto a TAP airlines flight to Malaga. I was given earplugs for the plane, which included 2 failed flights, returning twice back to Lisbon due to technical issues with the craft, one had emergency landing and a captain complaining on the aircraft state infront of a passenger and crew, whose details I have to validate this entire story. We were given 6 euro food compensation the whole day and put into a 2 star hotel for 4 hours before our 3rd attempt at a flight to Malaga, which thankfully did arrive eventually. It ruined the first few days of our Azamara Club Cruises holiday. After providing a very detailed complaint to BA, my response is an apology for the journey and take my complaint up with TAP airlines. BA rebooked me on this airline, I didnt! I dont pay premium to use BA and expect this. Im totally dumfounded by the complete lack of sincerity and customer relations which British Airways are providing. Disgusting.
