To all kilifi form four leavers.... most of time we finish form four and fail to proceed to higher institutions of learning due to the higher poverty level in our county.... TRUE or FALSE? Today and onwards we have to change our thinking towards that fear of poverty stopping kilifi people from getting certificates, diplomas and degrees..... for our information its money to sits in class, its a bright brain that will proceed to get a degree... NO MATTER WHERE YOU COME FROM.... MY people there is HELB - HIGHER EDUCATION LOANS BOARD.... it used to sponsor only students who get B plain and above BUT nowadays it sponsors from C- minus and above..... ALL students who are doing diplomas have their share for loans, parallel degrees are being sponsored too, all KMTC - kenya medical training colleges students have their share of 60,000/= annually paid directly to their colleges.... ITS high time my people of kilifi we should stop complaining of lack of funds hinders furthering of our EDUCATION..... for more information on the loans and how to apply visit helb.go.ke.
