To all my Samsung loving friends, Barry Kukkuk, Vaughan Proctor, Shan Nissiotis and billion others, i just want to share my experience with that company; When we moved to Serbia i paid big money for container, so that i can have all my valuable things moved, as buying them again would be too expensive. Among them i had my 6 year old top of the range Samsug Double fridge and the best Samsung micro-wave we could buy. As we arrived, the fridge packed (compressor) and guy from samsung told me that even if i buy expensive compressor, if i need any other part, from next month i would not get it??!! Reason- Samsung closes production of parts when appliance is more then 6 years old....Then, during the transport the glass on microwave broke and i called Samsung official repair centre ( same as for the fridge).. Guess what, no glass, no door, no parts at all as its 7 years old... Needless to say that i had to buy two new things. Now, i have 3 iPhones in my family and two mac book airs, some iPads and one oolld i-mac. They all work perfectly and i have no problems.. Last month i saw a friend from Dubai who is still using his iPhone 1!! Let me tell you guys, its not all about greed, speed, copy cat business, cheaper, better.etc. It needs to LAST!!!
