To all my TJ high school friends, It was a fun and heart warming evening seeing all my childhood friends. We grew up in amazing times and I wouldn’t change anything about it, except I wish I would have taken the time to get to know more of the amazing people that came from our generation and class. Reminiscing of the historic times we lived through makes me proud of my generation. We were children of the sixties and teenagers of the 70s, the generation of change and transformation. We had a deep sense of purpose and understanding of reality. We lived through the assassinations, Viet Nam, putting a man of the Moon and our music reflects it all. From revolution to evolution we lived it all. There was definitely a mystical side of our generation that propelled us to seek the change for a new world. Our generation and particularly our year were very interesting astrologically. We all have the Jupiter and Pluto conjunction in Leo. Yes 1974 graduates are special. Many of the developments today are the result of our futuristic and spiritual seeking. By the way did you know both Bill Gates and Steve Jobs were born in 1955! It was lovely to realize most everyone I spoke with has found a place of peace within their hearts about who they are and what they have done with their lives. I felt an acceptance and connection with everyone. It is like we all earned a badge of appreciation and understanding from a life well lived. As many commended me on my astrological accomplishments I vividly remember so many instances of being an outcast for my love of astrology but last night was an entirely different story. Getting older isn’t all that bad, for with it comes wisdom and peace. We lived in the most amazing times on Earth and this remains as a part of our soul and heritage.
