To all my friends a warning . If you have a choice give Jet Star a f#£¥%n big miss . We fin ally got to Bali at midnight last night, via Singapore . 12hrs to do what should normally take 6. All this with a 2 yr old . Every flight was late leaving and arriving. Hence our transport to the hotel was gone also. To top it of our luggage , all of it is nowhere to be seen. 5 suit cases and a pram . Its now 3pm , the next day weve been out and bought some essentials. I am so pissed of I dont know if our holiday will fully recover. I know I will never let up on bagging the shit out of Jetstar. Their service and support is absolutely deplorable.
