To all my friends who liked this SCAM...please do not purchase anything from them. Total Bullshit & I doubt Ill be getting a resolution from them, 60+ days from date of order (paid at the time, in full!) and have received nothing: Ticket: T29369035563 Order Number: Z140805071859**** Message Type: After-sale Order Enquiries /Order Tracking Subject: Order not delivered Message: Hello, I attempted to use the tracking # provided in the email received on 8.6.14 for my purchase but it is not showing on either USPS or FEDEX. I paid for my order with an expected delivery time of 7-25 days (please reference your original response). I was willing to wait until the 60th day as apparently the warehouse is located on Venus. I want either a FULL REFUND of the price I paid or the two dresses I originally ordered delivered via the fastest, TRACEABLE method you use, with no additional charges. If this is not resolved, I will be speaking with my attorney and also will make a report to the better business bureau. I will not pay additional money for items that should have been in my possession for some time now. Ive ordered online many times & never have I had such a horrible experience. Please advise of your intentions and also please provide a phone number for a manager or supervisor to whom I may speak to about this lack of service & unsatisfactory resolution. Michelle West
