To all my good friends and FB followers, Chanel the Lion cub needs our help! She has been rescued once from an uncertain future, has finally found a home at Emoya Sanctuary, and found a friend in Serabie, another rescued lion cub. Now a person, for what seems to be her own selfish reasons, is trying to have Chanel removed from Emoya. The fight to safe Chanel has now gone to the courts, so any help that you can give with court fees would be most appreciated. If you cant donate, sharing this post to your friends will help. Thank you! Chanel is in trouble and Emoya needs help. Due to disputes between the lady in Egypt who brought Chanel illegally from a pet shop owner who, obviously wants to visit Chanel but will not follow the Sanctuary protocols. This lady has now got permits from Nature Conservation in SA to move Chanel somewhere else. This is against the CITES Export papers that state Chanel belongs at Emoya which makes Emoya the legal owners. So it looks like to Save Chanel, Lawyers and possible Court action will be taken. Emoya have already refused them entry to the Sanctuary once & told them to get a court order. That Court hearing went against Chanel and Emoya. So Emoya needs help financially.
