To all my tech-y friends out there: What would you do? Youve had a iPhone 4 (not 4s) for 3 years and its sadly limping along on its last leg (thanks, planned obsolescence!). Youre eligible for an upgrade. Would you: (1) Upgrade to an iPhone 5c or 5s? [lower cost] (2) Downgrade to a bare-bones phone (just calling and texting) with no data plan and get an iPad Mini with cellular?
