To all of 46 FURPALS members, KD...abandoned by his owner and rescued by Gee and Ms. Loo near KDCA Penampang (btw, dats how he gets his name) somewhere in May this year. He was in an awful condition when he was sent to me as you can see fr the pics. He was the 1st stray that i fostered. undergone intensive treatment for his skin disease, quite a few jabs and frequent baths. He didnt fuss or even tried to resist. He just stayed still and hope that whatever it is will be over and done soon. No one in my family wants to go near him cause he smells like a rotten egg.. even i nearly throw up but i was determined to bond with him. strict requirements fr the doc was to bath him twice a day and now once a week and later on at least once a month. i have grown to love him and adopted him. He is quite a gentle fella and normally will stay out of trouble. he still have a hard time sharing his food with others even snap at my hands if i touch his bowl. he now look so dashing with his thick white furs (my very own husky). but his recovery wont be possible without the help from all of u. If fund was not available then hes healing wud have to be delayed an you can just imagine having an itchy skin like his. Fostering KD and seeing him healing mentally, emotionally and physically, from being a scared & sad to energetic and playful chap he is, had open my eyes to do more for the strays.
