To all of my AHS EMS friends out there. I heard on the news the other day that you are inheriting Eastern Healths CEO, Vicki Kaminski. I just wanted you all to know, our loss, is our gain. And your gain, is your loss. Kaminski has created an adversarial and bully-based culture in Eastern Health. Service has declined since shes taken over, morale has plummeted, and EMS is extremely low on her priority list. She still calls us Ambulance drivers for Christ sake. EH is now adversarial against the unions, and hostile and unforgiving to patient complaints. Just check out Easternhell for examples. Given your challenges with the pension, and Allison Redfords demeanor, Id say that finding someone who does not play well with unions was high an the AHS recruiting teams priority list. I wish you best of luck, but do not trust that woman one bit.
