To all of my Democratic friends in Howard County, We have many important races in the coming primary. One of them is the election for our next Democratic Central Committee. Having the unique perspective of having been an elected member of the committee from 2006 to 2010 and having been a Democratic candidate for my current office in 2010 and again this year, Im keenly aware of what the committee does well and what it doesnt to fulfill its mission of building our party and electing Democrats. One candidate who I am thrilled to support, though you wont be surprised, is my mother and my best friend, Kathy Macfarlane.
