To all of my Facebook friends and family.......My family and I pass out blessing bags every year on Christmas Eve. We are looking for donations to help fill up 50, 1 gallon bags. Here are some ideas...... hats, socks, underwear, scarfs, gloves, baby/facial/multipurpose wipes, lotion, shampoo, chapstick, grooming kits, comb/brush, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, small first aid kits, water, phone cards, instant coffee/cocoa packets, tea bags, beef jerky, dried fruit, trail mix, nuts, granola/protein bars, potein powder packets, resturant gift cards, chocolates, mints, gum, cookies, fruit snacks, candy, crossword puzzles, cards, journal and pencil/pen, bible and last but not least 1 gallon bags. Most of this stuff can be found at the dollar store, I purchased most of my stuff from there last year. Also looking for clean gently used sleeping bags, blankets and coats to pass out.
