To all of my Jewish friends... (overheard on the way home from school today) Will: Mom, can we eat out at La Hacienda for Rosh Hashanah tonight? Carter: Will, Rosh Hashanah is a Jewish holiday, not a Mexican holiday. Will: Mom, can we eat out "Jewish" tonight? (we eat out Chinese and Mexican, so why not?) :) We ate at home. We said prayers of repentance and forgiveness. We ate sweet bread and apples dipped in honey. It was better than eating out! May you be inscribed for a good new year friends!
