To all of my friends in Nashville. This is IMPORTANT. I have a lady friend who has essentially been homeless, for six years. Through all of this, she has managed to stay clean and sober, not even smoking cigs. And she has managed to keep two, even three, part time jobs. For most of this time, she has managed to make a monthly truck payment. But she couldnt afford the payment, and rent. So she has been staying wherever she can. Frequently, in the truck. But she has just paid the truck off, and can now save for a place. She has kept her nose to the grindstone. Its a remarkable achievment to have done this. Few homeless people could have made this happen. Here is the deal. She is sweet and good person. At this point, she just needs a little help, to finally get off of the street. And she is TRULY DESERVING. Here is my question. Is there anyone out there willing to help, or sponsor her? I believe that she is a good risk. She could use a better job, with a more caring boss. But mostly, she needs a place. Is there anyone who has a place, even a shared place, to rent to her? And is anyone in a position to help her with a bit of cash? She needs money for a security deposit, first months rent, and utilities connection. I know that there are plenty of folks around who have the resources to help. Please do what you can. And RESHARE this with your friends. My friend is very shy, proud, and embarrassed. So I am doing this, unknownst to her. SHE REALLY NEEDS HELP. And is truly deserving.
