To all of the Veterans: For your willingness to go in, when everyone else runs out - THANK YOU. For your ability to fiercely combat the enemies of the United States and then return home and be loving husbands, wives, fathers, and mothers- THANK YOU. For the loyalty and consistency you show as our leadership changes hands and policies change - THANK YOU. For the restraint and integrity you display every time some coward behind a computer hurls ignorant vitriol in your direction - THANK YOU. For every single time youve had to peel the arms of your child or parent away from your neck to answer the call of your country - THANK YOU. Please know that, though we may at times be the silent majority, the vast majority of Americans have an incredible amount of respect for you and are so very thankful for the sacrifice you have and are making. God bless you, and God bless America.
