To all of us who spend a disproportionate amount of time thundering across the skies, spare a minute to consider the concept of fate. Its haunting me at the moment. At 10,000 meters, when the tube disintegrates, would we all be conscious? I know that free fall parachuters are. Whats the pressure/oxygen status at that height? I read a quote from a woman about bodies falling through the clouds and I was wondering, with a horrible and deep dread. I do hope that their death was quick and painless. Help me out here.
