To all our Tonga and Kaonde Cousins! Have you heared of Outernet? especially you in rural areas. If not I want to let you know that by June 2015, an ambitious project known as Outernet will make it possible for each and everyone of you to access universal information at no cost via wi-fi device across the globe. This will make it impossible for citizens in countries where thier is a lot of censorship to have privacy as outernet satellite databroadcasting will by pass that taking into consideration that many countries are unable or willing to provide people with the infrastructure needed to access the web.. It is a mordern version of Shortwave Radio, and will benefit a lot of people including the Tongas and Kaondes in deep rural remote communities where thier is intermitent access to the internet or too expensive for my poor cousins to afford. This ambitious project is facilitated by the Media Development investment Fund in the United states of America. So very soon and very soon, people will live the information age dream to be a reality and also implement article 19 of the Universal declaration of human rights guaranting access to information for all regardless of frontiers. The outernet says only 60 % of the world population have access to the wealth of knowledge that can be found on the internet.
