To all our valued clients RE: LSS – MARINA VISSER We wish to inform you that Marina Visser, our EE Advisor, has left the employment of LSS in April 2013. It came to our attention that she had contact with some of our esteemed clients making libelous and slanderous statements regarding LSS and its Managing Member Mr. Japie Vermeulen. Although we have won a case against her at the Labour Commissioner’s office awarding us N$ 9,000-00 in regards to her breaching her contract and although the award also clearly state should she be in contact with any of LSS’s clients, she would be liable for an additional N$ 100,000-00. It came to our attention again that she is contacting some of our clients and making libelous and slanderous statements regarding the closure of LSS and Mr. Japie Vermeulen leaving the country after the judgment was awarded. We are currently busy enforcing the award at the High Court of Namibia. I would like to appeal to all our clients should she contact any one of you to contact me directly at japie@labourskill or pa@labourskill. Please be ensured that none of the allegations are true LSS is still a Namibian based company in full operation. On a positive side LSS got the opportunity to empower two Namibian Citizens into shareholding of the company and it was decided by the members of the LSS Group, for a positive growth and getting an international platform for the company, to open an additional branch in Pretoria, South Africa I want to assure you of our continued dedication – and uninterrupted ability – to providing excellent services at all times.
