To all people who decide to leave complaints to the manager about a stores employee: Please, think first; Will this impact YOUR life in at all? Will this impact their life or job at all? Especially if its a small incident in which you thought you had been treated the slightest bit wrong. Does complaining help make you or the employee any better of a person? And is it worth your time to get angry about this, or are you going to forget about it the next day? A lot of people dont realize the impact of a tiny complaint to a manager, it can affect the employee way more than you thought. If its something that wont really help the store, the employee, or you, why would you bother complaining about it? Just think before you ask to see a manager..
