We have the right under the First Amendment to protest any place we choose (within Towns and City rules). 2. All protesting sites protested by Maine Citizens Against Puppy Mills are pre checked for legal places to stand, where to park, etc. 3. Each location has a lead person. A person who can answer questions from the public, the store owners, passers-by. 4. Every protest has "guidelines for protesting", which are posted days before each protest.
