To all residents of 2012/2013 I Just wanted to update you on deposits, (we have been receiving allot of phone calls and emails regarding when they will be returned.) Any one who is receiving back a deposit should have it in their account within the next few days. Please note it can take 5-10 working days to clear in your account depending on the bank account you have. Please only contact us if it is not in your account by Thursday 25th July - we will then check that the payment details you have provided are correct. The Forster Hall office staff do not process the deposits. This is done by the accounts team located in Oxford – as you can appreciate we can only advise residents on what we are told by the accounts team. If you would like to find out how much of your deposit you will be getting back you must do this in writing. Please email [email protected] for a full breakdown of charges.
