To all the Arc Northwest staff: I am sure you have all heard by now that the ISO audit went very well. We have a few minor improvements we have to make that were isolated incidents, but the ISO auditor could not say enough about the staff here. Auditor Steve PettyJohn was extremely impressed with all the staffs attitudes, knowledge and compassion for our clients. Steve said it is remarkable what we have done here in the last year. I agree and so do the board members who were present at the exit meeting yesterday. In this industry, it is extremely difficult to get a perfect audit, so don’t stress on the few minor issues, but be proud of all that you have done. We have all been through so much together and you have all worked and come together as a team. Keep up the good work and know that all the employees, each and every one of you have contributed to this win. Please share this will all the DSP staff who do not have individual email.
