To anyone 18yrs of age and older- MAKE UP A WILL on not only your land but your personal & Real-estate!!! Dont just have one copy & file it with the tribe or county!!! My uncle (whom has died) land drew up a Will decades ago- now a family member is hiding the Will so they can keep his house. The land is undivided. Therefore nobody can keep the home on the land without all heirs coming to an agreement. So the home would have to be remove at owners expense, or it would have to be sold to an heir shareholder of the land. The spouse only had life estate under the new laws & its becoming a battle between her family & mine. Everyone knew what my uncle & aunts wishes were until the second one fell ill. Next thing you know greed surfaced & Everyone forgot about respecting the elders & their wishes . Im not, dont want to be & never will be named in this atrocity of a fight for my respected elders land/assets. Im so disgusted! Its all so sick!
