To anyone booked on Scouts vs Zombies or any of our shows. This is what we expect from you: You need to call the line in the time period given. For example: if we tell you to call between 7-9pm, you HAVE to call within that time. Tonight we have chased down over 30 people on a 70 person call. This is unacceptable. I know lots of you are new to this, but please understand that we already are working 16+ hour days. It literally adds hours to our day when we have to call people out to make them confirm. Also, we are NOT accepting cancellations. Seriously, we have spent a lot of time booking this call and its unfair to us for you to cancel because you get something higher paying, or on a show you think might be better, etc.. Burning bridges with the 2nd largest extras casting company in the US is not a good idea. We meticulously take notes regarding this type of stuff and when it comes to giving SAG vouchers, or hiring you again - we just simply will not do it. Also, being on time is crucial. This is Los Angeles - traffic is not an excuse. No matter where I go, I always allow myself an hour or longer - even if its 5 miles away. Please be professional and if you dont understand something, feel free to shoot us an email. I will gladly respond. Thanks to all who follow directions impeccably!! We SO appreciate it! :)
