To anyone interested or rather, makes anywhere close to a six figure salary and is in the market for a new home, there is a new McMansion development being built right by our house...literally across the street from us called Alpenrose. The developer is Loncar homes. Kirtland has some of the most highly rated schools in the state which are only slightly bested by the West Geauga school system. Great place to raise a family. Many places to worship and enjoy the beauty of nature. If you use $100 dollar bills as dinner napkins, I implore you to consider Kirtland for your next home. Kidding about the napkins...more like a roll of toilet paper made up of hundred dollar bills.
