To anyone thinking about getting a massage DO NOT go to Solutions Day Spa in Beaumont. Wife had a gift certificate with 95 bucks remaining, tried making appts for 4 weeks prior to the expiration and they had no openings. Now the certificate is expired by only 3 weeks and they refuse to allow her to use it now that she was able to get an appt. Terrible customer service, suppose to get a callback from a manager yesterday, never did, waited on a callback to tell me when I would get a callback, never did and they basically just stole 95 bucks. Then I find one of the owners on fb, Raine Matthews, and she makes the attached facebook post about my complaint, yet doesnt have the ability to call me back as requested. Everyone says there is nothing they can do. Requested a callback from the owner, but yea, good luck with that when shes posting stuff like this on her fb. I suggest everyone share this thats in the area so they might learn how to treat longtime (6+ years) customers properly. I will never be back.
