To be a Christian means to be Christ like right? So, doesnt that mean we follow the example of Jesus? And if the Bible is written about Jesus, doesnt that mean we follow all of the instructions written in the Bible and believe all of it to be true?! John 1: 1-2, 14 (KJV) 1IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD, and THE WORD WAS WITH GOD, and THE WORD WAS GOD. 2THE SAME was in the beginning WITH GOD. 14And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and DWELT AMONG US, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of THE ONLY BEGOTTEN OF THE FATHER,) FULL of GRACE and TRUTH. Jesus Christ, the Word stepped down from being God to come here and die for us by being a perfect example for us to follow and live by. Hebrews 10: 7, 10, 12 (KJV) 7Then said I, Lo, I come (IN THE VOLUME OF THE BOOK, IT IS WRITTEN OF ME,) to do thy will, O God. 10By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of THE BODY OF JESUS CHRIST once for all. 12BUT THIS MAN, after HE HAD OFFERED ONE SACRIFICE FOR SINS FOR EVER, SAT DOWN ON THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD; Of course man wrote the Bible, but it was Jesus who had them write it! 2 Peter 1: 21 (KJV) 21For the PROPHECY CAME NOT in old time BY THE WILL OF MAN: BUT HOLY MEN OF GOD SPAKE AS THEY WERE MOVED by the Holy Ghost. James 5: 10 (KJV) 10TAKE, my brethren, THE PROPHETS, who have SPOKEN IN THE NAME OF THE LORD, for an EXAMPLE of suffering affliction, and of patience. 1 Corinthians 10: 11-12 (KJV) 11Now all these things HAPPENED UNTO THEM for ENSAMPLES: and they are WRITTEN FOR OUR ADMONITION, upon whom the ends of the world are come. 12Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth TAKE HEED LEST HE FALL. 2 Timothy 3: 16 (KJV) 16ALL SCRIPTURE IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for CORRECTION, for INSTRUCTION in RIGHTEOUSNESS: Proverbs 30: 5-6 (KJV) 5EVERY WORD OF GOD IS PURE: HE is a shield unto them that put their TRUST IN HIM. 6ADD THOU NOT unto HIS WORDS, lest he reprove thee, and THOU BE FOUND A LIAR. Romans 3: 3-4 (KJV) 3For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? 4GOD FORBID: yea, LET GOD BE TRUE, but EVERY MAN A LIAR; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged. Now after reading this, can you honestly say that you are Christian, and not believe in all the Bible? Wouldnt that make you a liar? If you are a Christian, you believe in all the scripture that The Lord Jesus had written in this Bible!
