To be able to participate in community life and make political choices, citizens rely heavily on information. They need to know what is going on and what are the options that they should weigh, debate and act upon. Tell me what political institutions do you have ! Then I will be more optimistic about economically progress if Eritrea is on track or out off track. Tell me how do you treat your citizens when they have tragedy to exist as human being ?
