To celebrate all of you, this week’s special is the customer - TopicsExpress

To celebrate all of you, this week’s special is the customer favorite Muffaletta Sandwich. As many of you know, Saturday, August 16th will be So Good’s last day of business and I, Chef Fernando, will be teaching cooking classes at Parish Grove Inn in Cocoa Village (536 Delannoy Ave) and providing personal chef services (including meal packages) throughout Brevard County. My amazing Mango Thai Pepper Hot Sauce will be available at From Olives and Grapes (Cocoa Village and Melbourne), Parrish Grove Inn and local farmer’s markets. The plan is also to bottle the Thai Peanut Curry Sauce that you all have made so popular and make it available in the same places. I will continue this Facebook page and keep the e-mail at Sogoodcottagecafe@gmail so you can contact me for culinary services including dinner parties, small parties and platter needs and private cooking classes. I will also continue to post the cooking classes on this page. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for all your support the past 3 years! You all made my dream of owning a restaurant come true and made it possible for me to transition into this new season of my culinary career. I hope to see many of you at the cooking classes at the Parrish Grove Inn and hope you will consider me for your additional culinary needs. As of this post, the café has not been sold and if it does not sell by next week there will be a “going out of business” sale during the last week of August where the assets will be sold. There will be a post on this facebook page to let you all know the date. All the proceeds of the sale will be put toward the mission trip my wife and I will be taking to Nicaragua! Thank you all again for your support and I look forward to seeing you this week. Chef Fernando
