MMT receives queries from interested customers who are planning a vacation within or outside India. A Holiday Expert calls such interested vacationers, understands their requirements, and customizes travel plans to match their needs. Her work involves designing itineraries, working out the cost of the package and following up with customers on phone calls. To make her work simpler, she is undergoes a special training program to access MakeMyTrip database & internal tools. She is also trained on various tourist destinations and booking processes. Remuneration: A fixed pay plus mobile re-imbursement; in addition to a variable pay out. Who are we looking for? -Ladies between 20-45 years of age -Currently not employed; not looking for full-time opportunities in the next 1 year -Passionate about travelling and good knowledge of some domestic / international destinations -Good communication and influencing skills - both verbal and written -Own a computer / laptop with internet connection at home and are proficient in MS Word & Excel If you have any more questions about the role, you can clarify during the interview.
