My Lord Jesus Christ spoke many words in His sermon on the mount. He wanted all of His children to have faith in Lord Jesus Christ and have to live according to the will of the Holy Spirit, who is dwelling within us and leading us. Especially He says in this verse not to worry about your bodily needs. He said not to worry about tomorrow’s needs and savings. Instead, like a father He has care and concern towards us and is able to give everything promptly every day. So he said “do not worry about life and about your body”. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanks giving, let your request be made known to God as in Phil. 4:6. And in 1 Peter 5:7 cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Submit everything in to his hand. He will look after everything for you. Dear brethren, are you worried about body? Are you Worry about tomorrow? Are you immersed in worldly worries? Are you worried about many things like Martha? To you my Lord Jesus Christ says, my son and my daughter, I know what you want and what to give because I remember you. You need not to worry about your body and life. Will you submit everything in to his hands? Do not worry about where to go and to whom I approach for my food and cloth. Are you forsaken by your father, mother, husband, wife and children? Do not worry. Are you in other state, country or in your native place seeking for job and worried about your job? Is there no way for your food and clothing? Are you deeply depressed? My dear brethren, submit your anxiety in to His hands. It is His worry to give necessary help to you. Don’t take it as your burden. You just praise Him. That’s all. Today according to his word He will change your worries and lead you in a blessed way. May God bless you, God be with you and lead you.
