To everybody asking me for diet, training and supplements advice I am not intentionally ignoring you or dragging it out. I am up at 5.30 every morning at the gym or out doing cardio at 5.45-7.00 then working 8-5pm I then re visit the gym until around 7pm and then get home for 8 which gives me 2hours to myself with family, friends and my girlfriend to those who are patient.. Thank you but to those giving me the constant ????? Treatment sling you hook rant over :)
